Q: I get error message "Error in Registration, Contact Customer Care" while registering for a FREE Trial?
A: Although FREE Trial is auto activated when you register with your mail id but if you are getting error message " Error in Registration, Contact Customer Care" then copy 16 digit software code showing on error window and send this code through mail with subject line as " Error in Registration" at sales.techcharts@gmail.com for Free Trial activation.

Q: Can I update Realtime Charts simultaneously in AmiBroker, NinjaTrader, MetaTrader 4 & MetaStock using TechCharts Software?
A: Yes ! But to update Realtime Charts in all 4 Charting Softwares at a time require a System with good configurations like i7 with 16GB RAM & SSD Hard Disc with 50-100 MBPS Internet Speed or you may also use a Windows Cloud VPS with atleast 4 Cores, 16GB Dedicated RAM & SSD Hard Disc. Our software works fine on Windows Cloud VPS also.

Q: Can I use your Software on two systems simultaneously?
A: No ! However you may use on two systems alternately if you have subscribed for 3 months or more. Close Software on one system to use on other system.

Q: Where to get 16 Digit TechCharts Software Code to be filled in Subscription Form?
A: You may copy the 16 Digit Code from Settings or Subscription Tab in TechCharts Software.

Q: Does NinjaTrader 7, Ninja Trader 8 & MetaTrader 4 are FREE Softwares?
A: Yes ! These are FREE Softwares for lifetime.

Q: Do you provide any BUY SELL Signal Strategy to be used with Realtime Charts?
A: No ! We provide Data only.

Q: I get Unhandled Exception "Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID..." while using TechCharts with MetaStock Pro?
A: Close error window properly through Task Manager and go to main folder of our software in Program Files or Program Files(86) and run reg.bat ( for 32 Bit System ) or reg64.bat ( for 64 Bit System ) file as Run as Administrator by right clicking over it then try.

Q: I get Unhandled Exception "System.Xml.XmlException, Root element is missing"?
A: Download the fix of this error by clicking HERE and paste the files in main folder of TechCharts software in Program Files or Program Files(86) by unzipping the downloaded file.

Q: My Internet is working fine but unable to see data updates in TechCharts Software?
A: Restart your Internet Modem or try with other Internet Options.

Q: I am getting error message "Backfill Failed" when trying to backfill Historical Data.?
A: Restart your Internet Modem or try with other Internet Options.

Q: Realtime Data is updating fine in TechCharts Software but charts updation in AmiBroker is delayed?
A: Your AmiBroker Database size is too big and AmiBroker is unable to handle it properly. Create a new AmiBroker Database then try or reduce no.of symbols added in TechCharts then try.

Q: My Anti Virus or Windows Defender is not allowing to run TechCharts Software?
A: Disable your Anti Virus or Windows Defender for few minutes and install our software. When installation is finished ON your Anti Virus or Windows Defender and add our software Main Folder in Exclusion List of your Anti Virus or Windows Defender then try or uninstall your existing Anti Virus and install free version of Avast Anti Virus then try.

Q: How to Download Backfill in Off Market?
A: Select "Offline" from drop down window and press Backfill button, a small dialogue box will open. Select your Watchlist and no.of days and download Backfill in Off Market.

Q: I am a subscriber but I am getting message "my subscription expired and asking to subscribe again"?
A: This happens only if your 16 digit software code is changed. This code is generated by your system. If your software code is changed send old and new software code using copy & paste options at sales.techcharts@gmail.com with subject line "Software Code Changed" for reactivation. If you have forgot your last working software code you may trace it by checking the Activation Mail received from us at the time of subscription. You may copy 16 digit software code by clicking Settings or Subscribe button in TechCharts.

Q: MetaStock & MetaTrader 4 restrict symbol name length. How to fix this?
A: Right click on any Symbol in TechCharts Watchlist and press Symbol Map option and you may modify the name as per your requirements or you may directly click on "Symbol Mapping" button in our software to use this feature.

Q: My Anti Virus or Windows Defender is not allowing to update TechCharts with latest updates. How to fix it?
A: Disable your antivirus or Windows Defender then try updates. When updates are finished then add our software main folder in Exclusion List of your Anti Virus or Windows Defender then try.

Q: I get Unhandled Exception "System.IO.IOException,The file exists".How to fix it?
A: Your temporary file folder is full. Delete files in it then try. You can open Temporary Files folder by typing %temp% in windows-> run.

Q: I have formatted my system. How to reactivate TechCharts Software?
A: After format of your system when you will reinstall our software it's 16 digit code will be changed. Send us last working code and current code using copy and paste options at sales.techcharts@gmail.com for reactivation.

Q: TechCharts giving message "Already Logged in.." when using on two systems alternately. How to fix it.?
A: Seems you have not closed the software properly on other system that is why you getting this message on current system. Either open the software again on other system and close it properly to use on current system or if you are away from other system then send us current system software code through mail with subject line "Alternate System Locked" at sales.techcharts@gmail.com to unlock both systems.

Q: I want to shift TechCharts Software to other system. How I can do so?
A: Send us old and new TechCharts software 16 digit code at sales.techcharts@gmail.com for reactivation.

Q: I don't remember my TechCharts Software old 16 digit code. How I can find it?
A: Check Activation Mail received from us at the time of Subscription to trace old code.

Q: Does TechCharts Software works with Order Flow & Market Profile Charts in Ninja Trader?
A: Our Realtime Data is 1 Minute Bar Format updated Tick By Tick and Market Profile Charts will work fine in Ninja Trader with TechCharts Sofware however for Order Flow Charts Tick Data is required so Order Flow Charts will not work with TechCharts Software.

Q: Do you provide Data API to be used in third party Applications or Websites?
A: No ! We don't provide any such Data API.

Q: Do you provide White Label Software for reselling?
A: No ! We don't provide any White Label Software.
